VOCRDC is a pioneering non-profit organization committed to transforming marginalized communities by enhancing livelihoods and upholding the rights of children and women.
Registered in 1996 under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, VOCRDC strives to instil human values in the lives of the vulnerable with empathy. The Executive Board comprises 7 members, 5 of whom are women.
Our core philosophy is to spearhead the protection of women’s and children’s rights by preventing violence against women, addressing the needs of the girl child, and advocating a comprehensive, holistic, rights-based approach to services.
We also aim to enhance human consciousness for a sustainable world by promoting climate action, renewable energy, environmental protection, sustainable consumption and equitable lifestyles.
